cdkleitch discovered 3 months ago- National Data Buoy Center An odd page I stumbled across while researching stats about the Bering Sea--this data bouy happens to be approximately 300 nautical miles north of Adak, Alaska. I was stationed on the CGC Mellon and CGC Sherman years ago and patrolled the Bering Sea; I well recall the violent storms and rough seas. This page was a blast from my past!
