I bookmarked this some years ago for an excellent page on quillwork, which now seems to have disappeared.

I think this site has a lot of potential. It looks good, but it's kind of stiff. For example if you use one of their links to a newspaper article, you don't go to the article you wind up on The newspapers home page. There you get to meet face-to-face, clutter and adds. Also Chacodog, one of our members, pointed out "two of its feature stories were about men from India (the subcontinent)". That was in July of 2005. If that's true they've got a long way to go. The Native Americans need an international platform and this may be a start.

This site sucks! Called Nativeweb and supposedly related to American Indians, two of its feature stories were about men from India (the subcontinent) and a lot of the rest of the site is just a bunch of ads. There are good Native sites out there and this isn't one of them!
