- who says iq tests are racist? how in the world can they be racist? as a minority who's actually taken one, i didn't come across anything i wouldn't know because of my race.

Swannee rated 4 months ago- Charts IQ range of varied professions. It's useless information in the sense that it answers the question of how smart you have to be to get a job. The answer is that anyone can work in just about any profession, whether they have high or low IQ. Really, hard work and determination matter most.

cmdrtebok rated 4 months ago- Too bad IQ tests are bullshit, racist, culturally biased and debunked as an accurate measurement of intelligence by any one who knows anything.

greatsloth rated 6 months ago- Decide for yourself if this is BS or not: Here's the original citation.
From Hauser, Robert M. 2002. "Meritocracy, cognitive ability, and the sources of occupational success." CDE Working Paper 98-07 (rev). - Hang on...there are college professors with IQs BELOW 100??? I really need to see the source for this, please! UPDATE: So I checked the source at http://www.ssc.wisc.edu/cde/cdewp/98-07.pdf. Based on "Male Wisconsin graduates and siblings who reported a job during 1992-1994"
