dazzlin discovered 9 months ago- Great illustration showing how invested money grows. Makes it easy to grasp the concepts.

demonveen rated 7 months ago- This article conflates financial instruments with wealth production. If the economy were slanted towards savings, then everyone would save, which is the least productive form of capital. American wealth is, as it always has been, in it's actual productivity. The creation and sale of goods and services, the adding of value to components through innovation and branding. Part of why we are the most productive economy in the world (we produce the most wealth per capita) comes from a historic reluctance to reward people for sitting on their money. Invest in your damn self.

markchenjd rated 7 months ago- Video showing how important it is to invest, as opposed to simply leaving it under the mattress.

- Holy fucking shit, are you people retarded? This movies says that it's better to invest than sit on it. $5171 is the PROFIT, not the gross on the investment. $7140 is the GROSS, not the profit on the mattress.

videofabulous rated 9 months ago- Scary how I would have more money now if I just sat on it in '97 instead of investing it in a fund.

scorpion68a rated 9 months ago- To invest or to keep your money under the mattress? Find out from this calculation, what's best.
