Working in technical support definately has its moments where you are like " GrR FreakinG ArG! " I have to say, something that I didn't like the most was brand new computer users , pepole who barely even know where the power button is on the front of the PC, I guess I should feel fortunate to have been around PC's all my life because I can not understand how others have such difficult times operating them, unless its just a problem with Windows Vista, than thats understandable.
