I know it old, but a response to this comment "jaysonwhelpley: Where in the Bible does it say anything about the full moon around Christ's death?". Check out when Easter - rather the Jewish Passover holiday is. The first Sunday after the full moon after the vernal equinox. By stating 'passover' they are saying this date.

These same astronomers also discovered that creation began Sunday Jan 1st 6000AD precisely at midnight. They used their computer program to map historical astronomical data at this time and there where no stars displayed, just general light and darkness. Only on the third day (Tues Jan 3rd 6000 AD) did the astronomical data appear in the program--first the sun, then the moon, oh and the stars also. Another Bible truth proven by modern techonology!

Great! Only 1973 years since he promised he would return! Man I sure am tired of waiting.

In that it happened is really all that remains imperative. When it happened down to the exact time is interesting but not as important in the grand scheme of things.
