THE JAW BONE'S CONNECTED TO THE...CrooksAndLiars.com posted a short video of George exhibiting a new (or is it?) facial mannerism and/or twitch: he keeps grinding his jaw. What could it mean? Is it a sign of stress? Or something more sinister? The most obvious explanation is "bruxism" ...

I'm very surprised to see that McCain is pro-Iraq-occupation. From an interview I saw with him in 'Why We Fight' I gathered that he was one of the many people (like myself) who believe that the occupation has too strong a link to corporate beneficiaries. Has he changed his mind? Strange and kinda disappointing.

I gave this a thumbs up because I found it interesting, though I didn't think it had a grand point. It doesn't change the fact that I wouldn't vote for McCain and it doesn't attempt to give the reader any animosity towards him. It does seem in some places to attempt to downplay his uniqueness as an American hero. It had a disrespectful tone in doing so but ultimately I think it was just for the sake of context and not done disrespect. Interesting but not particularly useful.

So, he won't vote for McCain because McCain has a temper and is actually being political to get to the presidency. A stunning and thought provoking article, in deed. I'd like an in depth article nailing McCain on WHY his stand on the issues is not what America wants. Because, it's not. Let's face it, McCain is just another politician playing his hand like Obama. Neither have any answers. They are our viable choices but that's all. Neither are particularly qualified to deal with the real issues that men like Ron Paul were qualified to take on and actually understood and were brave enough to speak out on.

I have absolutely no problems with Moore's principles; in fact, he does some great stuff. I do, however, have a problem taking a man seriously when he looks like he has been sent to check my boiler.
