I agree that SU needs to grow to remain viable. I don't mind advertisers supporting it to a point either. SU seems to offer advertising that is much more relevant than blinking site takeovers and those stupid repetitive Facebook ads. Who is the writer on SU? i'd like to friend her.

I'm obviously biased, but I don't think this author has an accurate understanding of SU, its technical fundamentals, the nature of our community, or the defining variables of its growth. What do you think?
