Very innovative little video (Quick and dirty tutorial video showing how to make your own stencil art using creative commons licensed images, photoshop, a sharp knife, paper and spraypaint.)

Go to StencilRevolution.com if you are interested in the stencil culture. also make sure you use flat or matte paint and spray adhesive. underspray sucks.

Not very impressed. The paint he's using isn't poor quality per se, he's just holding it much too close and apparently releasing the nozzle above the canvas. Don't do that; follow the distance instructions printed on the can and spray in one long streak, closing off by releasing over the stencil.
