OK this just came up as a result of using the Stumble! button so I have not had a chance to assess it at all but I am just happy to see that something like this is available on the world wide web. It could be a very useful resource for others. . . ;-)

This site has got an overwwhelming amount of information regarding psychological self help. One section I found quite interesting was chapter 14, about REBT, or Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy. In short all REBT is, is learning to recognize when you are thinking negative, or irrational thoughts about a particular situation, and replacing them with more "logical" and positive thoughts. Really good stuff here!

"Everyone needs a philosophy of life. Mental health is based on the tension between what you are and what you think you should become. You should be striving for worthy goals. Emotional problems arise from being purposeless." -Victor Frankl (1970) Self-help. Not a bad concept. Easy to read and find what you are looking for in the index.
