The mediocre banner art is enough to give away the tutorial quality, but I looked through some of them anyway. I'll stick to dA tutorials by respectable artists, thanks.

Wtf I thumbed it down and it went up. This is a horrible website.

As someone who majors in sequential art (graphic novels, comic books, and yes, manga) - let me just say - this is an awful way to learn to draw. The art on the website is mediocre at best, and totally wrong at it's worst. Do yourself a favour and go take some figure drawing lessons instead.

blegh Nothing like good old western influenced manga drawings. Everything looks like teen titans and spy girls.

Some manga artist said once in a random forum something like "Manga Tutorials are not the big thing... because first you need to draw the human body in a correct way, since drawing manga means breaking all the rules, you got to learn the rules first in order to break them".. yeah, it was obviously better writing and all =P, but the point is that he was (is) an awesome artist, so it was easy to agree with him...

This is... um... yeah. Not a great guide to drawing.
