    Who doesn't own a cell phone these days. Many people have abandoned land lines in leiu of cell phones. The only 2 US cell phone number identifiers on the list may tell the the general location of the phone call and maybe also the carrier. Unless of course your willinjg to cough up some cash. then its a different story. Absolute BS if you ask me. It should be available or not available, with no pay option available. The pay option just means that anyone who actually pays for the list is really out to screw you!
