superticker2 rated 3 months ago- Some CD burning alternatives to Nero for Windows. CDBurnerXP looks like a favorite for data and audio CD burning. Most of these won't burn DVDs. To properly master a DVD, you need to interlace data redundancy across tracks. This redundancy allows you to scratch a track and still play the DVD.

- My favorite one of the bunch is CDBurnerXP. Though if I don't have to deal with Japanese, I think InfraRecorder would be my favorite because it has a simpler interface.
