Very tasty. Also easy to make, you can blend the batter together and prep the muffin pan the night before, then in the morning (which is about 4 am for me =_= ) all you have to do is preheat the oven and pop then in. They were very fluffy and went very well with jams and pumpkin butter. ^_^
