Great page! A lot of these I learned the hard way but I do know they work. It's nice to have them down in one list. I will definitely be rereading them now and again.
Years ago I picked up a musty old book from the 1950's in a thrift store. Inside that book were 66 day virtues to live by. Many have been obsoleted since those days. Great list that can be of benefit to anyone! Great to re-read it at times also, because we tend to slip back into bad habits, or slip out of the good habits we make. I particularly like the yoga breathing exercise, that can be tremendously helpful.
Thank you so much for putting up the stress-reducers. We may not apply all of it at one time to release stress. But surely, each one will be handy when we need it the most to release the stresses that we burdenend with.
