    This is awesome. I've always been the "unaware of my lucidity" type of dreamer. For example if something is chasing me in a dream, I can will myself to run faster, and faster, and eventually lift off and fly. It is so invigorating, I can't really begin to explain it. I must admit though it has never occurred to me to try and enhance a dream at will, and is definitely something I'm going to try in the near future.

    I had a lucid dream once nearly three years ago and I remember it vividly as if it were a memory rather than a dream..amazing experience,,got to fly around in a siver car..wonderful,,wish it would happen again!!

    I got all what I needed to know about this LUCID DREAMING thing... I suppose it to be somewhat similar to the Astral World Jouney, or the Journey towards 4th Dimension. Hope you are getting what I mean to say with this...
