nahui discovered 38 months ago- ah, Jose Canseco me da panic-oh. Los Abandoned are (as far as I can tell) chilean-by-way-of-california, and they make rock music in spanglish, cover Selena songs and clearly have a blast. the video for "Van Nuys (es very nice)" features Lady P., the lead singer, rocking out while wearing a nineteenfifties dress and a beehive hairdo. and that certainly kicks ass.
