Rand-al-Dragon rated 7 months ago- No rights are violated. The airline is a private venture, and they would prefer that you don't fly their planes into buildings. Therefore, they withhold services if they are not sufficiently convinced that you will not. Additionally, the government would also prefer that you not use airplanes to murder a large number of their citizens. They therefor lawfully require the airlines to withhold services without following certain precautions. You have every right to travel, but that does not imply the right to the use of an airplane. Certain, indeed most, policies may be...questionable, but your idea that the airline must allow you to board their plane is utterly false
clevercryptic rated 7 months ago- From the page: "Agents were informed directly by the FAA that they absolutely could not bar an American citizen from boarding a plane,"
mkling rated 3 months ago- good to know, very interesting.
Yamamushi rated 7 months ago- To the person who reviewed this page with the general outline, "don't do this or you'll eventually get arrested", at what point should you be afraid of practicing your legal rights? This whole , "do what they say no matter what", is dystopian bullshit.
