ShelbyMeyerhoff discovered 8 months ago- I write about the positive impact that a few sincere, well-timed words of praise can have. My observations are based on my experiences working with middle-school-aged children, but I think it is applicable to adults as well. One of the commenters tells a sweet story about he and his wife praise their daughter in a way that helps her develop her own self-confidence
