- I can only think of a few structures that would hold such appeal to live in. Waterfront property, all-round view, safe from high-flying wind - I'd love a peek at the inside. And yes - light! Lots and lots of natural light! Also, I bet the 'inventor' of the wrap-around porch had nothing like this in mind.

- I don't want to pop this bubble...but...where does the toilet flush to? Look at these photos from above and tell me where in all this high water-table a septic-tank could go...nowhere...that's the answer. One way or another this house, as beautiful and desirous as it is, contaminates it's location. I assume traffic arrives by boat? Noise and exhaust in the air and petroleum products in the water. By foot? They're going to have to make a sidewalk to get across the wet and spongy grass which kind of ruins the "nature" thing.
