- This video was sent to me by an aquaintance. It freaked me out big time! It is not for the weak of heart. You'd better have a strong stomach to watch this. This is about Bud Dwyer a politician from PA. Dwyer was about to go to jail for some creative financing with the taxpayers money. He held a news conference ostensibly to anounce his resignation. It's what he does during this LIVE press conference that is just UNBELIEVEABLE.
