I have yet to try this using coconut oil, but after having issues with regular deodorants (alum and non-alum) not working for me I decided to use a mix of baking soda and cornstarch and I haven't had an issue ever since. The only thing I didn't like is that the powder shows up on clothes, but the fact that there was no more stink was a huge plus. I'll definitely give the coconut oil a try.

Once you get over the stink phobia, let your body get used to it, and you'll never go back.

This recipe is easy, and it works like a mofo. I will never buy another deodorant. Even the sensitive skin version bitch slaps speed stick or any other brand I've ever tried.
