seems rather random - Why DeLillo's "Ratner's Star"? Why Martin Amis' "Dead Babies", probably Amis' weakest effort?

33Arsenic, I was actually very happy to see \"The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime\" included. It is an eloquent book about autism, and if you didn\'t like it perhaps you are unfeeling.

uhm...yeah...ugly long boring list. Half my favorite books that I recommend to everyone aren't on there.

This list seriously sucks. As Ryo Ohki pointed out, this fails for lacking some of the best works of literature the world has ever experienced, such as the Divine Comedy.
