    A better analogy would be these conversations with a mechanic. When the mechanic says:"Don't you know what a starter motor is?" person responds: " No, I don't know what a fucking starter motor is, or how to fucking fix it you fucktard, that's why I brought it to a mechanic you shit stirring knowitall". People get taught how to drive, and maybe the basics of how it runs, people often DON'T get taught how to use a computer and hardly ever get taught how they work. Why do tech support dudes and dudettes feel this constant need to prove their worth and their superior intellects? Thou doth protest too much me thinks. Just shut the fuck up and do your job, if you don't like it, get another job.
