CONCEPTION - When does life begin? This might be a controversial topic. Personally, I am against abortion but I'm pro choice. I've never believed in "forcing" my beliefs on anyone but I am a firm believer in telling why I believe what I believe and letting someone make their own choices having heard all sides and seen all the evidence. If God gave us free will, who am I to tell someone they can't act within their free will? I believe part of the problem with abortion issues is that instead of teaching, they're dictating. Hand someone a pamphlet with the pictures in the link and maybe someone will think twice about where life actually begins. Isn't it just possible that life begins the minute that live sperm wiggles it's way into the egg. I mean look at the picture above. That little sperm is pranced, ready to introduce itself to the egg. Isn't it alive? I mean, I'm just wondering.... (Move your cursor over each picture in the link and it will tell you how many day/weeks each picture represents. And look at the heart! There's a heart at 24 days.)

Can't help but be wondered by the miracle of life. It's amazing that such a simple (and at the same time elaborate) thing as conception, will always be the source of marvel.
