I am left handed to a point that even trying to do anything with my right hand is almost impossible. I do however, use a knife and fork and switch back and forth just with a knife. And listen to this, my dad who passed away over 20 years ago was right handed and my mom who lives in Florida is right handed. My three siblings and I are all left handed! Isn't that strange?
