- I love Chris Cudelli having seen the Mind Body and Kick Ass moves series. Being a Wing Chun student for many years i can vouch for the accuracy of this site form personal experience.

- I'm lead to believe that the guy sucks at Kung Fu, from the video. His torso is unprotected the whole time. From my one month training in Kenpo, I'd be able to to side-step and catch him in the gut with my knee. There's something completely inauthentic about this site.
