All well and good. However, as has been pointed out by other commentators, this document presupposes the primacy of the State. That taints every worthwhile and good aspect of this Declaration. As a result, it is not something I could promote in good conscience.

I agree with 91KP, and would also like to point out that Article 17 is in direct contradiction with Article 25 as well. Also look at Article 30. Article 25 essentially destroys articles 17 and 4, which is disallowed by article 30. This is an excellent example of something that was made in "love" but had no true thought put into it. Do people really think the world should be run on a code that fundamentally contradicts itself?
