Linux Kicks a$$! Kernel.org is the official site of the Linux Kernel where you can download the latest Linux Kernel and compile it on your machine, for your machine, which ultimately makes your computer faster than using the Generic Kernel that ships with most Linux Distros. If you use Linux, this site is highly recommended :)

Everyone should know this site! Now I don't say that Windows users should download the kernels, but it's still nice to know about it. There'll be a time when you switch to Linux :)

From the page: "This is the primary site for the Linux kernel source, but it has much more than just Linux kernels."

Homepage for the heart and soul of all linux. Not for the faint of heart, as you'd have to be 13 levels of crazy to try to compile your own kernel. Is it worth it? Aye, aye it is.
