2. You are a product, and your resume is a brochure. Whether or not an employer decides to employ you depends on how clearly you mention the benefits and uniqueness of YOU.
3. Use points instead of paragraphs, it brings out your information more clearly. Employers are not going to spend their time scanning through paragraphs of text to find what they are looking for on resumes, so you should put your most important information in point form.
