I think they will still be influential as long as they offer quality information and authority insights. Like all of us, they need to reinvent and keep up with the technology and trends. They are on my RSSs and social networks and I will continue to follow them.

Jim Kukral makes excellent points about the "a-list." Food for thought for emerging thought leaders on how to remain relevant and influential in a time where everyone has reach.
