Harry Potter is Evil?
We've all heard it but have we examined the hypocrisy?

I am not sharing this out of a personal vendetta but out of a personal disdain for hate, fear, and moral absolutism itself. This page seems to forget the only meaning of Jesus that anyone really needs to remember, "When the Spirit is right, the details take care of themselves."

The letter of the Law is what Jesus came to kill. This means the external is not nearly an important display as the internal.
  • My spirit is okay. I can therefore watch Harry Potter.
  • If I feared Harry Potter, because I believed this site, my spirit would be in need of sustenance and I should not watch or read Harry Potter. I would need to get my spirit right so that websites like this did nothing but put a bad taste in my mouth.
I thumbed it up not because I believe it necessarily needs to be in the Stumble database, but to show that there *are* real live people on the internet who really believe these things to the extent that, in Jesus' name, [and Jesus himself said to watch out for that one!], claim such and such as evil.

If these people knew the purpose of Jesus - which they seem to imply by quoting New Testament scripture - then they would know this is precisely what his message was about. To quit and to stop following the "Laws" of the society. That God resides inside and a more remarkable demonstration is straightening up your inside dwelling whereby your own personal external demonstration will line up.

If I had to cut off every potential "spiritual problem" externally in order to get right "internally" it seems to me that following Jesus would be futile and I could hardly call myself a follower of Jesus at all!

I have read 4 out of five Harry Potter Books. They are not evil, if any thing they teach good morals. Like Helping others, watching out for your friends, doing whats right even if you get into trouble. The Magic in the books is NOTHING like what some call real Magick. Harry Potter is fiction not reality. From Digits review" If I feared Harry Potter, because I believed this site, my spirit would be in need of sustenance and I should not watch or read Harry Potter. I would need to get my spirit right so that websites like this did nothing but put a bad taste in my mouth." I agree 100%, well done.
