    Wonderful work. I don't see a reason for not using the outer walls. Only thing I can think of is seepage from the sea causing instabilities and perhaps less desirable living environment. But then maybe not. At a premium it's still be living space and drainage would have to worked out anyway. Did they dig the whole? So much to k now.

    Pretty cool! Don't you think the pool at the bottom would get polluted, though? Also, I'm pretty sure the poor are on the bottom because in a realistic world, sunlight would be expensive and polluted waterfront property would be cheap. In a realistic world, the rich would have the best stuff because they could afford it.
