- I've always thought a forthright approach to rates for the patient (customer) is sorely needed to start to control health-care costs. This Brooklyn physician takes it a step further, with embracing new technology and a housecall-only policy (the extra cost of gasoline more than offset by the savings in brick and mortar). He throws down a gauntlet not only to other doctors, but to lawyers and other professionals.
