brianm151 discovered 17 months ago- Funny questions.

Calmypal rated 13 months ago- From the page: "11 Are there specially reserved parking spaces for non-disabled people at The Special Olympics? 12 If you send someone 'Styrofoam', how do you pack it? 13 If the temperature is zero outside today and it's going to be twice as cold tomorrow, how cold will it be?"Maybe I would be more sympathetic if they didn't switch to Comic Sans in the middle of the page.

jamesbarratt rated 14 months ago- glorb.

urgipig rated 16 months ago- if you took courses in chem, physics, and bio, you'd know the answer to all of these questions. maybe some of these questions were insightful a century ago.

I'd heard most of these, but particularly like #15: If it's true that we are here to help others, what are the others doing here?

golaun rated 17 months ago- i know the answer to all of these questions. I am not enlightened. dh42891 and funkstar also knows the answers. But they are different from my answers. I will not share my answers for in the sharing, the questions change and are no longer relevant to the universe we would then observe. The appropriate question for Shroedinger's cat was not whether it was alive or dead, but whether it was bored, hungry, and felt put upon; by now, however, it's dead, by the way.

- 1) because we're hopeful and lazy enough to want the button to be stuck so we won't have to change the batteries
2)because banks are in the business of making money, and you would rather pay a fee than have your utilities cut off, house repossessed, etc.
3)Who says there are 4 billions stars? Even if someone did tell me that, it isn't a fact I can ascertain or verify; wet paint can be checked on pretty easily.
4)because it hasn't dried.
5)so the bastards doing the killing don't get infected or otherwise harmed
6)because he's fictional
7)because he's fictional
8)because they have communications equipment installed in them so the pilots don't run into each other.
9)the person that wanted to say "lisp" instead of "lip"
10) same as the speed of light, just going in the other direction
11)yes, they're the ones without the handicapped parking signs
12)in a box with some stamps and a clearly marked address
13)zero what?
14)because humans evolved from apes; apes did not evolve into apes
15)to help you answer stupid questions
16)no, they don't.
17)no.
18)yes.
19)must have achieved widespread influence
20)it's a metaphor
21)easier to produce and manage square boxes
22)because the president of the us decided we needed to go to moon, not roll our suitcases around the airport
23)because it means they slept with nothing on their minds
24)yes
25)novelty; feels like spying, like getting away with something
26)because it gives people a moment to be naked by themeselves and make some effort to become comfortable with themselves before the doc starts poking.
shrug. and yes, I do know the meaning of life, but that wasn't one of the questions.
haha, looks like funkstar beat me to it. cheers for smartasses everywhere! - 1) because we're hopeful and lazy enough to want the button to be stuck so we won't have to change the batteries
