- Hard Science and Engineering. If you know a little about these, and you are interested in controlled fusion reactions, then this might be a good place to read.

- This introduction to the principles and problems of thermonuclear fusion is well written and easy to understand. Perhaps it is not for the layman, but a graduate from any physical or chemical science should certainly not be challenged. I recommend it.
