- Stumble exchange IS spamming. Even if some people actually judge the sites they're exchanging, most DON'T because it takes too much time to do so for so many sites. Then we go to thoe other point: most sites in exchange AREN'T good. Exchanging stumbles cheats the system and gives popularity to sites that don't deserve it.

- OK, this guy is badmouthing proxies and exchanges then turns around and encourages anonymous e-mail addresses while asking people to sign a petition to band exchanges. And he's totally wrong about exchanges encouraging spam. Many stumblers in these exchanges only stumble sites they like.
