- Seems like it's just starting up, definitely has potential to be a good resource. Says to throw away garlic salt, though, but garlic salt is great on popcorn! But I guess popcorn isn't gourmet...

- cool.. this site is great for tips of culinary glossary, kitchen tools etc.. but i found ya had to download a program, of which you hafta register to what looks like a recruitment page to even access it.. slightly misleading, but nonetheless useful :)

- My kids came back. I tried to sell them on gourmet meals. They beat me around the head and went down to the local chippie. They were chanting `'Mushy peas, mushy peas" as they went.

- This site has some pretty good basic infomation, and very easy to navigate. The info on the page would seem to lend itself more towards those who are just starting to take cooking seriously.
