Without them, you may not be able to browse through the cards as freely as you can, and the site may not be maintainable without a Flash designer. Okay, maybe I could do without the live demonstration of sorting subroutines being performed (it slows things downs too much for my taste); but even there, there's something to be learned: you don't need to run over the user with a list full of items all at once, but show him only small bits at a time. I'm still looking for some good examples of this principle in action...
