The interface looks slick, and you know that it's all being driven by boring XML files. Without them, you may not be able to browse through the cards as freely as you can, and the site may not be maintainable without a Flash designer. Okay, maybe I could do without the live demonstration of sorting subroutines being performed (it slows things downs too much for my taste); but even there, there's something to be learned: you don't need to run over the user with a list full of items all at once, but show him only small bits at a time. I'm still looking for some good examples of this principle in action...
