Sophie406 discovered 3 months ago- If this story is true, I'm never shopping at Wal-Mart again.

Keramachi rated 3 weeks ago- While Wal-Mart is a despicable corporation, their crimes are not flaws inherent to capitalism.

- One more reason to fucking hate the system of government in the good ol' USA. Wal-mart is despicable. I hate that I am from rural Appalachia and the only place to go to shop is Wal-mart unless you want to drive an hour away. Fuck capitalism up it's big fat greedy ass. I'd rather have socialism.

2004carlt rated 7 weeks ago- From the page: "Wal-Mart goes after brain-injured mother of fallen soldier" Who cares about the facts fellow knobshots, the facts as I see them is that the money won in court was for her longterm care, not the stay in hospital that the lorry driver put her in. Can't believe your legal system drained half of the one million compensation either. Looks like every one gained apart from this woman -- don't people have the right to know in advance that the money they are fighting for will just get scooped back up by greedy insurance firms? Your system's fucked up America.

FKFaceMcFayden rated 8 weeks ago- Apparently contracts are a challenging subject for the author, not to mention the ability to differentiate between causation and correlation.

1rabidmonkey rated 2 months ago- the author should really do a bit of research on insurance. pretty much every insurance policy written in cludes the clauses of subrogation and 'right to sue or salvage'. the latter applies here: when the family became insured, they gave insurer the right to sue the party causing damage. this means the family broke the terms of the insurance by suing the haulage company. subrogation applies when you are insured by more than one insurer for the same risk; it allows for the various insurers to each contribute part of compensation

- I dont like wal-mart any more than the next guy. However, I do not appreciate the shots at capitalism.

- Wait... did you read the last line? "Smash the profit system"? You shouldn't be advocating getting rid of the current free-market economy unless you're proposing something to replace it with.

PeridotPaiute rated 2 months ago- I do not and never will shop at Wal-Mart.

LizzyinIsrael rated 2 months ago- Wow! If there were Walmarts in Israel I would bocott them this is just horrible!
