This looked interesting but since when did Australia have more water than the UK? As far as I know they are already using water restrictions in Sydney because of water shortages, and most of the country is desert. BTW Desalinisation is uneconomic, so don't think that is going to solve anything.

Depressing! Let's hope that somebody can figure out how to cheaply desalinate water on a mass scale, fast.

The coming water wars...does the solution lie beneath are feet, or is the glass half empty?

Water, as well as the supplies of food and energy, are becoming what the New World Order will use to control the sheeple. Want your share? Well, just take this little mark on yourself. And don't say you ain't got any choice. You'll get to choose getting it either on your right hand or your forehead......BTW, the coming shortages are mostly made on purpose. Fer instance, there can be enough production of food to feed the world. In addition, the "shortage" of living space is pure baloney when you look at the vast empty expanses found just in this country alone. All these shortages are created by those who look to control resources. Its a power thing folks, not overpopulation and not a need for a world government.

i always heard about this one day mankind will fight over water but looking at the current trends i dont think there will be any mankind left to fight.

Belgium has the worst water? But, but, they make the best beer!

    A very reasonable possibility.
