Do someone a favor who has lost a spouse and forward this article. It is a primer on surviving a tragic moment in a life. No holds on the journey no one wants to face.

A most heart-string-pulling post from a very young widow on the first anniversary of her husband's death. A very good blog post with much excellent advice on how to cope when the unimaginable happens. A compelling read.
