mrmotinjo rated 4 days ago- This amazing free open source application just saved me from a few very nasty situations (related to bitmap tracing and path effects). In its 0.46 version it is so versatile and powerful I can hardly believe what I see. Also, regarding bitmap tracing, it can easily match the freeware-turned-commercial tracer, vector magic.

- I've been using Inkscape for over a year now and it keeps getting better and better. It's great! If you need a free, open source, cross-platform alternative to Adobe Illustrator for print or web design then I cannot recommend it enough.
