B-J-T-J discovered 10 months ago- Man Doesn't Match Description, Convicted Anyway Both Witnesses Pick Other Man In Lineups, Pick Caldwell In Court Tried by judge without jury, he learns his judge is long time associate of only witnesses

Darque rated 10 months ago- The legal system isn't perfect, but it's not this corrupt. The system works. The problem here is that the people involved weren't working by the system - in other words, the system, like anything else, can only work when the people using it are honest, objective, and try to find the truth.
The moral of this story isn't that our system is corrupt - it's that corrupt people can do corrupt things within the system. This is a travesty, no doubt - but it's the judge and attorneys that are to blame, not the system itself.- The legal system isn't perfect, but it's not this corrupt. The system works. The problem here is that the people involved weren't working by the system - in other words, the system, like anything else, can only work when the people using it are honest, objective, and try to find the truth.

cwlodarczyk rated 10 months ago- I hope that I'll never have to go to court for anything serious. It's sickening how "justice" can be perverted.
