rumplesmigskin rated 47 hours ago- I, for one, welcome our strip-searching child-abusing cold-blooded reptile overlords.

playermatt rated 3 days ago- This is sexual abuse.

megatrout rated 5 weeks ago- What. The. Fuck is wrong with people? If someone did this to my kid, there would be HELL to pay. (if I had a kid)

CantaloupeSwing rated 5 weeks ago- Perversion of the law and oppression in the Land of the Free. School girl gets strip-searched on the basis that she might be hiding Ibuprofen in her underwear. Only in America. From the page:"As the American Civil Liberties Union puts it, "There was no reason to suspect that a thirteen-year-old honor-roll student with a clean disciplinary record had adopted drug-smuggling practices associated with international narcotrafficking, or to suppose that other middle-school students would willingly consume ibuprofen that was stored in another student's crotch." The invasiveness of the search also has to be weighed against the evil it was aimed at preventing. "Remember," the school district's lawyer recently told ABC News by way of justification, "this was prescription-strength ibuprofen." It's a good thing the school took swift action, before anyone got unauthorized relief from menstrual cramps."

cholling rated 2 months ago- This principal needs jail time, where he will periodically receive impromptu strip-searches from large crackheads.

Nutzilla rated 2 months ago- I know that children don't have the same rights as an adult, but this is way beyond rights, this is at least, boarding on criminal. They didn't have any reason to search her, especially with out her parents, because some other kid said that. These people are not law enforcement, and it was only a school rule, not a law. So this should have been held against the school(especially the by the 9th Court.)

- From the page: "Safford Middle School has a "zero tolerance" policy that prohibits possession of all drugs, including not just alcohol and illegal intoxicants but prescription medications and over-the-counter remedies, "except those for which permission to use in school has been granted." The school has no authority to act in these cases.

skawater rated 2 months ago- This is what the War on Drugs does to people...

Athaton rated 2 months ago- This is outrageous the idea that students forfeit all rights is whacked and corrosive.
