In the next 24 hours, deforestation will release as much CO2 into the
atmosphere as 8 million people flying from London to New York. Stopping
the loggers is the fastest and cheapest solution to climate change. So
why are global leaders turning a blind eye to this crisis?

- I applaud alternative news sites, such as this one, and Alternet, which I previously reviewed. I vastly prefer them to biased news sources such as CNN, MSNBC, etc.

- These are examples of how some European countries deal with recycling. Recycling bins are abundant all over Spanish cities and it is very easy to recycle paper, glass, plastics etc.
