A Bloomberg/Los Angeles Times poll last year found that more than one-fifth of Americans would not vote for an evangelical Christian for president, far more than those who ruled out a Jew or a Catholic." Interesting look at the diversity among evangelical christians. But the devil himself will have purchased an NHL franchise and won the Stanley Cup before I'll vote for one.

- Religion and Politics is a dangerous mix. The Church and State must remain separate.

While I really don't care about a person's religion unless he or she uses it to influence their politics, it is interesting to see how the religious right has taken a hit of late.
