    Sears customer service is dead. I've had bad experiences with them too. And as for the issue of men getting better and faster results than women? I agree 100% that's why I always have my husband deal with stuff like that. When he starts referring to lawyers, they always give him what he wants. lol!

    Don't you hate it when men's complaints are taken more seriously by customer service? Or men are just expected to have more knowledge and are talked to like adults instead of small children?
