If I could give this a sideways thumb, I would. It definitely has a lot of promise, but isn't perfect just yet. I'm presently trying to find a better alternative to the God awful Trip Advisor. This one might surpass it, but it needs work. One serious con is that if you're planning a trip, you cannot add a listing.

helpful reviews, nice photos of destinations and you can upload your own photos and write reviews as well!
