From the page: Few presidential candidates have made more specific promises to American voters than Barack Obama. They came so fast and furious in the latter part of the campaign, you'd be excused for not keeping up. So as a public service, we've put together a handy checklist of some... more

Thumbs up for a site that will list ALL of his promises to the country, so that when it doesn't happen, we have a master list to cross-check. Thumbs down for PrezElectO. Good luck....

Promises or a wish list? The bar is set high for President-elect Obama. Meanwhile the Bush Administration makes the job tougher every day it stays in power.

Hmmm, like others, my response is: "we'll see." I'm not so cynical to say "all" politicians' promises are made to be broken, but usually their record isn't stellar. At any rate, this goes right along with Obama's announcement of Clinton as Sec. State. A main plank in his campaign was "change," yet how same ol is another Clinton in the WH?

Wow, this is very hypocritical of the republican party seeing as Bush didn't follow through with nearly anything he said. I mean honestly, do you really think that John McCain would have followed through with everything he said? No candidate would be able to do that, its all about who can seem to be the most convincing.
